Inclusions
- Cast stoneware base with hand-sculpted shell texture, and 2 x matte porcelain shades
- 2 x 4W Fancy Round LED B15 Frost globes included, warm white, dimmable with compatible dimmer
- Must be installed by a licensed electrician
Process
The stoneware base is covered in press-moulded ceramic shells, cast from originals in Milly Dent's childhood shell collection, a nod to 18th-century French shellwork and the coastal rock formations of the Calanques in southern France. The base is glazed in a Shino-style finish with soft blush tones. The two porcelain shades are cast separately and left unglazed, diffusing a softer light.
