WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?

All of our products are handmade in our ceramics studio in Marrickville, Sydney - with the exception of work designed in collaboration with Milly’s previous residencies (ie, Kouraku, Arita). Our small team individually cast, handbuild or throw your pieces which are hand finished, left to dry then fired twice before packaged with recycled packaging materials. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE CERAMICS?

All pieces are food-safe as well as oven and dishwasher safe. However we do recommend hand washing wares in warm soapy water to ensure longevity. Extreme and sudden changes in temperature should be avoided, and as with all ceramics – breakages can occur if dropped.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We use DHL Worldwide and offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping options plus quotes are available by emailing hello@millydent.com . Each country has their own duties tax which is charged upon delivery, and payment responsible by customer. Estimates are not provided for duties as we are not privy to this information and are subject to each individual country.

WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

Due to the handmade nature of the work, colour and finish will vary slightly making each piece unique. These differences are intentional, and are a reflection of the genuine handmade nature of the work.
