Terms and Conditions for The Last Run Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the promotional sale ("Sale") offered by Milly Dent ("we", "our", or "us") on our website [millydent.com] ("Site"). By participating in the Sale or purchasing products during the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Sale Period
The Sale begins on the 18th of June 7:00pm AEST and ends on 18th of June 8:00pm AEST, unless extended or terminated earlier at our sole discretion.
This sale is exclusively online only on millydent.com
2. Discount Details
Discounts apply only to selected products as listed on the Site during the Sale period.
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout unless stated otherwise (e.g., using a promo code).
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts (including welcome codes and trade program discounts), or coupons unless explicitly stated. All codes will be disabled during the duration of the sale.
3. Orders and Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them; stock is only secured upon completion of the checkout process.
Sets will not be available to purchase during the sale period, please add a single item to your cart and then increase to desired quantity in your cart.
We have done our due diligence with stock count, however in the event that we oversell a product, we will contact you to arrange a refund / partial refund.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased during this Sale are considered final sale and are not available to be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
5. Shipping and Pick Up
Standard shipping terms apply at checkout. Free pick up option from our Marrickville studio is always available.
Please note dispatch delays may occur due to high order volumes during the Sale.
Due to the fragile nature of some pieces from the Lighting and Sculpture category, we recommend local buyers, so pick-up can be arranged from the studio. If you are not within Sydney, we may contact you in regards to shipping options. Additional shipping costs may apply due to weight and where the piece is being shipped. We will always contact you and provide quotes before proceeding.
6. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund entire orders or products within an order if there is a pricing error or glitche during our Sale. We have done our due diligence to ensure this is likely not to occur.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Sale constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Specific Product Wait Times
For Lighting pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship.
For Sculpture pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship.
