+ How do I care for my hand made ceramics?

All pieces are food-safe as well as oven and dishwasher safe. Extreme and sudden changes in temperature should be avoided, and as with all ceramics – breakages can occur if dropped or treated roughly.

+ What if the piece I like is not available?

I update the online stock regularly so if an item you are looking for is “sold out” please check back soon.

+ Will my piece look exactly like the picture?

All my work is photographed as accurately as possible. All of the pieces are handmade by me in my studio in Alexandria, Sydney. Due to the handmade nature of the work colour and finish will vary slightly making each piece unique. These differences are intentional, and are a reflection of the genuine handmade nature of my work.

+ How can I pay for my order?

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Direct Debit. Please email me at hello@millydent.com with your order if you wish to pay via direct debit.

+ How long will my order take to arrive?

Not all items are in stock at all times. When your order is received, we will let you know when it will ship, however if not in stock please allow up to four weeks for your piece/s to be made and delivered. Should you require your order by a specific date, please contact me at hello@millydent.com prior to placing the order and I will advice you on availability. Orders can take several days to process and pack.

+ Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, please email hello@millydent.com for all international orders. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

+ Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item if damaged in shipping.
